- Previous travel experience of 1 plus year - Required
Job requirements
- Contract length is 13 weeks
- No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted
- All requested RTO must be noted and verified at time of submission
- RTO will not be approved after submission
- Three-strike rule for call-offs leading to potential contract termination at facility discretion

- LOCAL TRAVELERS (Perm Address within 50 miles of facility) NOT ALLOWED FOR CONSIDERATION AT THIS FACILITY
