I’ve been with this organization for almost 5 years. Like most hospitals, staffing continues to be an issue. With that being said, if you pick up an extra shift they will compensate with an incentive. I may be biased, but teamwork is huge here at this smaller hospital. Everyone helps out and looks out for one another. Management is okay on days and nights.
