Position Details

• Unit: Critical Care Step Down
• Number of Openings: 1
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 (or 48, if indicated)
• Shift Hours: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Nights – 3x12’s)
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend and holiday

Requirements

• Required Certifications:

  • BLS
  • PALS or PEARS
  • Virginia State License or Compact
• Years of Experience: 2+ years
• Float Requirements: Med Surg

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 25
• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• EMR: EPIC (mandatory)

Dress Code

• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• Unacceptable Attire: As per Valley Health dress code policy

• No block scheduling can be considered at this time.
• Holiday RTO: May request one holiday off, no more than two days for holiday RTO will be considered.
