Job requirements
- Eight hour day shift with alternating weekends, one day every two weeks.
- Shift: Day, 0830-1700
- Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend day required per pay period
- Holiday Requirement: per our hospital policy - 1 holiday of (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Eve)
Schedule information
- # of patients treated per day: '6 hours of direct patient care. Generally 6-7 sessions are scheduled (3-4 patients)'
- Common diagnosis/Types of patients: 'Orthopedic, general surgery, cardiac surgery generalized weakness and deconditioning from hospital stay, pneumonia/sepsis, CHF…'
- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled or Outpatient? Short term - skilled (SNF)
- What Areas are required to cover: Westland House only
