Hospital in northern coastal California needs a Physical Therapist for their offsite clinic.
Eight hour day shift with alternating weekends, one day every two weeks.

Job requirements

Must haves: Acute care and/or Skilled Nursing Facilities, orthopedic, general surgery, generalized debilitation, stroke, cardiac surgery.

Schedule information

Eight hour day shift with alternating weekends, one day every two weeks.
Shift: Day, 0830-1700
Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend day required per pay period
Holiday Requirement: per our hospital policy - 1 holiday of (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Eve)

Unit specific information

# of patients treated per day: '6 hours of direct patient care. Generally 6-7 sessions are scheduled (3-4 patients)'
Common diagnosis/Types of patients: 'Orthopedic, general surgery, cardiac surgery generalized weakness and deconditioning from hospital stay, pneumonia/sepsis, CHF…'
Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled or Outpatient? Short term - skilled (SNF)
What Areas are required to cover: Westland House only
