Schedule information

Shifts & Scheduling: 8hr 0645-1515; 0900-1730
Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week, 1515-0645
Weekend/Call Requirements: based on staffing - Fri 1515-Mon 0645 every 3-4 weekend
Holiday/Call Requirements: Must be willing to work holidays
Floating Requirements: MUST be willing to float as needed
Call response time: 15 minutes
Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions
Days+Call - 8hr 0645-1515 + call/0900-1730 once every 5-6 weeks. weekend call every 4th-5th weekend

2 buddy call shifts
Charge Nurse for all shifts 7a-11p M-F, weekends 7a-7p, manager until 4p M-F
