Western Colorado pemier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for 4 Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapists. We are going to have 1 Traveler at our Silt, CO location, 1 Traveler at our Willits/Carbondale, CO location and 2 Travelers at our Glenwood Springs, CO location, all outpatient assignments. Due to increase in volume we are working to shorten our wait time for patients, so increasing our Rehab staff #'s to accomodate. In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. Youll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

Job requirements

Bachelors degree in physical therapy
Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.
Flu Vaccine - no exemptions

Schedule information

Working 4-10 hour days/week, weekdays will vary with clinic, but all positions will include a Saturday schedule. Leaves 3 days a week to go play in the mountains and slopes!

*RADIUS RULE* Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from our facility to be considered for a travel assignment.
