Job details

Sub requirements - Cover sheet, Resume, Primary Source and Skills Checklist. Full Time, 3 shifts per week with every other weekend. No Block scheduling accommodated. Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg.

Job requirements

COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive.
No Holiday RTO.
No RTO the day prior or after a holiday.
No RTO on weekends.

Additional Details

Government-Issued photo ID required.
Color or B&W acceptable.
Must be clear and legible.
Back of card only required if it contains pertinent information.
