- General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Telemetry unit with diagnoses including CHF, MI/Chest pain (pre- and post-cath), Dysrhythmias (pre- and post-device implants), Hypo-/Hypertension, Pleural effusion, Sepsis, PE/DVT/vascular issues
- Ratio / Census: 1:4-5; 36 Rooms with average daily census of 35
- Unit Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- RTO: MAX 7 days
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- Floating: Yes
- Call Requirements: None
- Holidays: Traveler is expected to work if one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
- Major Holidays are listed: New Year’s Eve and Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Day
- Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
- Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.

- Expiring Certs: COC not accepted
- Allied Annual License Verification within 30 days prior to start date - specific to local regulations and requirements
- State License verification within 30 days prior to start date for certain specialties
- Annual Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start date
- Background Check required within 30 days of start with specific checks as outlined
- Education verification can be pending at start with proof that it is running (due within 30 days post start)
