Job details

RN Telemetry I position at Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center, part of the Appalachian Regional Healthcare system in Kentucky. MS/ TELE Unit- Short stays- RN will have all MS/ TELE & observation patients. RN/ PT ratio- 1:6 or 1:7. BLS, ACLS, NIH required. Holiday policy in effect for all RTO. Floating is required during low census. Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two-week pay period. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call-in, etc. Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered. Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs. of accepting offer.

Job requirements

RN with MS/TELE & observation experience. All RNs, Respiratory Therapists, and CT Tech require BLS. ACLS required for all RNs except Psych and True Med/Surg units. NIH Certification required for RN specialties. Must have current Kentucky or compact licensure. Minimum of 2+ years of experience dependent on specialty.

Schedule information

36/48-hour schedule over a two week pay period, with the requirement to float during low census. Orientation provided on a bi-weekly basis.
