Start: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (4x10s days start at 7a; 12 call shifts 4 are weekends)
Requirements: RCIS, housing must be secured with acceptance
Please note expectation to float between campuses as needed
AHCA Fingerprinting required for all CHS FL placements
The Cardiac Cath Lab Technician demonstrates critical thinking skills and judgment in assisting with the performance of imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
The Technician is responsible and accountable to perform studies timely, under the direction of the Cardiologist, Chief Technologist or Director of Imaging Services.

Pros

Friendly people and good vibes with coworkers but it can be cliquey. Food isn’t the worst. Providers are good.

Cons

Cost of living, lack of support staff (four step down patients with no pct, secretary, or charge available), nickel and dime everything because it’s for profit. If the company thinks they can rip you off, they will.
