- Performs a more extensive range of nuclear medicine procedures and tasks that require an advanced level of knowledge and skills.
- Responsible for training and orientation to the unit of both senior and staff level nuclear medicine technologists.
- Under supervision, performs a wide variety of nuclear medicine procedures, including nuclear cardiology, clinical imaging, GI imaging, thyroid imaging, and SPECT imaging.
- Performs pharmaceutical and instrument quality control.
- Maintains records for state and federal agencies.
- Serves as a resource person for staff, physicians, and other personnel.
- Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Non Degree Program: Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology or Nuclear Medicine program. (Required)
- Experience: 3 Years experience in Nuclear Medicine. (Required)
- General Experience in supervising others. (Preferred)
- Shift: 7a-330p
- All placements at Temple Health either need to be vaccinated or have an agency approved medical or religious exemption for COVID-19.
