- ENT (FESS (sinus), septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy in addition to soft tissue - thyroid/parathyroid)
- Davinci XI experience required (Gyn, Uro, General)
Job requirements
- 4-10 hour shifts, variable days and start times Mon-Friday
- Start times: 0630,0900 or 1100
- Consistent start time for the same week
- Later start times on Tuesdays and Fridays for in services and team meetings
- 1 Call total (weeknight or weekend) per 4 week schedule
- Weekday call: end of shift until 7am next morning
- Weekend call: 24 hours (7am to 7am) rotated between staff and travelers
- Call response time: 30 Minutes
- Weekend call is 24 hours (7am to 7am) and is rotated between staff and travelers
- Call room is available
Schedule information
- Unit: OR Tech
- Common cases: GYN/Uro/Vascular/Plastic/Ortho (total hips/knees)/Neuro/Cardiovascular/Thoracic/General (Breast/HPB/Bariatric)/Sports Med (Hand/Podiatry)/Kidney (or kidney/pancreatic) transplants, ENT services, and Robot-Davinci Xi procedures
- 16 total different service lines
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Teal - Scrubs provided
- Unit/Department specific orientation: HR and OR leadership- Scavenger hunt- 2 days with a surgical tech

- Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - option to re-add
- 22 Suites, with the capability to go to 26 on 3 different floors
- Average of 50-65 cases per day
- No self-scheduling; start times kept consistent for the same week
- Physicians and team are very helpful and willing to teach
- Travelers tend to extend as long as they can
