Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. This role involves utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families. Effective communication of pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team is essential. The RN will also participate in identifying solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure the implementation of those solutions.
