Job requirements

American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
Must be dated within 30 days of start.
For any position requiring a license or certification, attach scanned on-line verification page within past 30 days.
Resume, Skills Checklist within a year, 2 Professional References
Federal, Nationwide, County Criminal from last 7 years including SSN Verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
Highest level of academic education or GED verified at onboarding.
Specific certifications must be provided at onboarding if job description requires them.

Schedule information

36 hours per week, Night shifts from 18:00 to 06:30, Every third weekend, Call and staffing coverage for holidays

Unit specific information

Additional Details

American Heart Association certification in BLS and ACLS is required for certain roles, with scanned copies attached to the candidate's record.
All engaged contractors must sign and have forms related to Trinity Health's policies on file.
