Required Credentials
- BLS Certification: AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted.

- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required upon acceptance of assignment.
- Education Verification: Verification of highest level of education achieved.
- MGB SSN Trace: Required for background check.
- MGB National Sex Offender Check: Required within 30 days of start.
- MGB Exclusion Checks: Required for compliance with OIG, GSA, and MassHealth & NH Medicaid exclusion lists.
