Job details

12 weeks - EOW; EOH; 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Job requirements

Must be AHA BLS
Must be AHA ACLS
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years: Ascension Color Vision
HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics: Ascension Core Competencies
NIH Certification
Exam and answer key: Ascension EKG Exam
Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation to be uploaded by the Agency
Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding done onsite
Ascension Nova StatStrip
Ascension Specialty Exam
Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer for MMR, with noted exemptions
Annual Fit Test
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or declination
Influenza Vaccine required annually, starting Sept 4th, 2023
Health Statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), and if positive, additional requirements
Varicella documentation of immunity required
Tdap valid 10 years
