Days weekdays, EOW, Float, Holidays within contract
3x12 OR 4x12 (OT billed after 48 on 4x12) - please indicate candidate preference
Facility is not able to accommodate blocked schedule requests on this unit
Must be EPIC proficient - NO EXCEPTIONS
