Job details

Caring for Med/Surg patients. Must have 2 years work at a level one trauma facility. KY or compact license. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required- Must have PC/AC/Tele/ Med Surg experience. Every other weekend required. Float Requirement to other universal/progressive areas within UKHC and Good Samaritan.

Job requirements

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
Experience in PC/AC/Tele/Med Surg necessary.
Availability to work every other weekend.
Ability to float to universal/progressive areas within the hospital system.

Unit specific information

Experience with various Med/Surg units, level one trauma facility, and the ability to float to different areas are required.

Additional Details

ACLS is required for specific units such as PACU, ER, ICU, etc.
PALS is required for PEDS, PICU, and related areas.
TNCC and NIH Stroke Certification are necessary for ER and specific units handling stroke care.
State License Verification is required within 30 days of start.
