A hospital in California is looking for an experienced Telemetry nurse for a travel contract. The right candidate will have 2 full years of experience, hold an active BLS, ACLS, NIH and CA License.

Job requirements

2 full years of experience as a Telemetry nurse
Hold an active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS and CA License
Able to read & interpret all cardiac rhythms (Tele: Phillips)
Must be able to handle a patient ratio of 1 to 4
Floor specific orientation: 1-2 shifts w/ preceptor
Must be able to work with common diagnosis/types of patients: Post pacer, hemodialysis, no cardiac/surgical patients, new onset afib, or RVR, stepdown from ICU, surgical patients, sepsis, etc.
