    Schedule information
  • Shifts are 12 hours, 7a-7p or 7p-7a
  • Managers may accommodate block scheduling and are open to weekenders
  • Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month
  • Holiday rotation with regular staff
    Unit specific information
  • Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Strokes, Neurology patients
  • Charge Nurse/House Supervisor both roles present
  • Charge nurse takes light patient assignment, full load if needed
  • RNs may be required to titrate heparin drips
  • Tele/monitor techs on unit
  • Nurse aids present on all units
  • RT Equipment includes Cpap, BiPap, not routinely vents
    Additional Details
  • 50 mile radius rule for travelers
  • FLU VACCINE IS REQUIRED with only medical exemption allowed
  • FINGERPRINT REQUIREMENT - MUST BE CLEARED PRIOR TO START
