  • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs.
  • Annual Fit Test is required for all disciplines.
  • Required to submit 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test results.
  • Required to provide documentation of vaccination series completion or a declination to vaccine such as for Hepatitis B.
  • Varicella documentation of immunity or vaccination is required.
    Additional Details
  • The attestation at the end of the pre-hire 6 hours needs to be uploaded by the Agency.
  • Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers and updates are required every year. Declinations and exemptions not accepted.
