Shift Details
- Rotation: 4x10 or 4x12 Day/Evening
- Evening Shifts: 1 PM - 11 PM (4x10), 11 AM - 11 PM (4x12)
- Day Shifts:
- 4x10: 7 AM - 5:30 PM (M, T, Th, F), 9 AM - 7:30 PM (W)
- 4x12: 7 AM - 7:30 PM (M, T, Th, F), 9 AM - 9:30 PM (W)
- Additional Requirements: Includes 2 weeks of nights per contract, at least 2 short calls each 4-week schedule, and weekends.
Required Credentials
- MGB Badge Photo: Submit a color photo taken in the past 6 months.
- BLS Certification: AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted.
- License/Certificate Verification: Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification.
- Fit Test: N95 fit test within 365 days of start date.
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Completed primary series or up-to-date vaccination required.
- MMR Vaccination: Documentation of measles, mumps, and rubella vaccinations or proof of immunity.
- Hepatitis B: Record of vaccinations or proof of immunity preferred.
- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
- TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB test within 3 months of start date.
- Health Statement: Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
- MGB Criminal Background Check: Required within 45 days prior to start date.
- MGB Massachusetts CORI: Attestation indicating date completed and findings.
- MGB Resume: Include past 7 years of work experience.
- MGB Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required upon acceptance of assignment.
- Education Verification: Verification of highest level of education achieved.
- MGB SSN Trace: Must verify addresses/aliases for the past 7 years.
- MGB National Sex Offender Check: Conducted within 30 days of start.
- MGB Exclusion Checks: Search OIG, GSA, and MassHealth & NH Medicaid exclusion lists.
- MGB TB Symptom Survey: To be completed prior to start and updated annually.
