Required Certifications

• ARRT Certification: Required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support: AHA only
• BLS - Basic Life Support: AHA only
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support: AHA only
• State License Verification: Required (not needed for CNAs or PCTs)

Health Documents

• Physical Exam: Current health form/physical fitness for duty signed and dated by a provider within a year of start.
• Fit Mask: Must be updated annually; fit testing required on RGH campus.
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray: PPD or IGRA test within 12 months of start; CXR required for history of past positive TB test.
• Vaccination Records:

  • Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
  • Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation for 2024-25
• Drug Testing: Required within 30 days of start date.
• Eye Exam: Required within 1 year of contract start date.
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Preferred, not required.

Background and History Checks

• Criminal Background Check: Must be no older than 3 months from start date.
• Employment References: Minimum of 2 required.
• Current Resume/CV: Required.
• Education Verification: Academic verification from a third party required.
