• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support

• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support

  • AHA and ARC accepted; ICU RNs have 1 year to obtain PALS for longer-term assignments.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course

  • Required for ER; ICU RNs have 1 year to obtain TNCC for longer-term assignments.
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• ENPC
• State License Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Competency Exam

• Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
• Fit Test (within 6 months prior to start)
• TDAP Vaccine (within 10 years of start)
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
• Rubeola (Measles)
