Certification details
- Medical Surgical/Telemetry 6/7 Lied - 6/7 Lied is a 20-bed general medical surgical and telemetry unit as well as ortho patients. Some of the patients you may care for on these units include Total Knee and Hip replacements, complicated orthopedic cases, pulmonary, sepsis, GI, endocrine, cardiac, renal, and psychiatric illnesses.
- Ratios are 1:5 days/1:6 nights. Depending on staffing, night ratios can be 1:7 (this is rare, but facility wants travelers to be aware).
- Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN
- 2 years of prior Telemetry experience required (must have 2 years exp in large, urban hospital)
- Drips are required on all floors
- First timers NOT accepted (will consider if the traveler has 2 years of experience at a Level l Academic Medical Center)
- BLS, ACLS, NIH required
- EPIC charting experience required
- Will float within scope to meet facility needs (this includes potentially floating to Bellevue campus)
- 100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITY
- Locals Accepted: NO (candidate must be more than 100 miles from facility)
- Pending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked six weeks out.
- RTO restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application. Additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion.
- Weekend Requirement: Two weekends in a four-week schedule period (Saturday/Sunday for day shift, Friday/Saturday for night shift).
