- BLS - Basic Life Support required (must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY).
- RDMS - Registered in Abdomen, Ob/Gyn, Breast, or Pediatric Sonography.
- RVT - Registered Vascular Technologist.
- SHIFT: D/E 12 weekend position, Friday/Saturday/Sunday 7 am to 7 pm, may be assigned other shifts as needed based on business needs. No call.
- We are seeking an Ultrasonographer to:
- Perform a wide variety of routine and complex ultrasound procedures, including pelvic, abdominal, small parts and routine vascular examinations and may perform more complex imaging.
- Perform clinical examinations on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups.
- Work at a variety of locations, including a Level 1 Trauma Center, critical care facility and several clinics in the Madison area.
- Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.
- Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.
- Two (2) years relevant clinical healthcare experience.
- Graduate of accredited ultrasonography program and/or registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS).
- Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in a minimum of two concentrations: (RDMS) in Abdomen, Ob/Gyn, Breast or Pediatric Sonography required.
- Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) required.
- 12-hour weekend shifts, Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 7 am to 7 pm.
- Floating may be required. The traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on current staffing needs.
