Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for must have active experience with complicated and complex CVOR cases.

Job requirements

Active experience with complicated and complex CVOR cases
Must include both first and second scrub roles
Candidates that have done bypass, ECMO

Schedule information

Day Shift – 4 team leaders, 1 board runner, 3 PCT, 20ish nurses, 22ish tecs
Night Shift – 1 board runner, 2 teams (CTS and RN)

Unit specific information

Number of Staff – Approx 100
Patient Ratios
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with Congenital CV experience, Pediatric CV experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CABG, Carotid Endarterectomy, Structural heart repair, Congenital defects (VSD, PFO)
Best personality Fit: Tough, strong-willed, thick skin
