If program graduation occurred on or after July 1, 2009, must attempt the certification exam within 3 months of date in position and will have up to six months after hire to successfully pass certification exam or must have achieved certification within 12 months of graduation

Start: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Days, 6:30a-5p, holidays and call required

Candidates must be located at least 50 miles from facility
