  • Number of Beds – 24
  • Type of staff: Day Shift – goal is for 1 charge, 4-5 on the floor, 2 techs and 1 secretary
  • Patient Ratios – 5-6:1
  • Floating Area(s): Could be floated to other med surg areas in the hospital if not needed on the unit
  • Typical procedures performed on unit(s): Med surg patients, Inpatient oncology and hospice patients

  • Best personality Fit: Positive caring person who likes to work in a family atmosphere
  • Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire – navy blue
