Number of Staff – 12

Type of staff: Day Shift – 8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs, 1 Unit Clerk

Night Shift - 8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs

Patient Ratios – 1:6; 1:4 for Heart Cath patients - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed

Type of equipment –PCA Pumps; IV pumps; Chest Tubes

EMR –Meditech

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS, ACLS

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Central lines; Medication drips, Heart Cath recovery; Bubble studies
