Required Skills

Must Have:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Skills:
- 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience
- Experience with Meditech

Typical Procedures

IV starts/therapy
Wound care
Patient assessment and implementation of interventions
Use of drainage devices
Central line management
Blood product administration

Guidelines and Policies

Familiarity with National Patient Safety Goals is expected.
Unit-specific guidelines will be addressed upon arrival.

Tattoos: Must be covered appropriately
