- Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) - 3 shifts per week
- Patient Ratio: 1:4 - 1:5
- 36-Hour Guarantee
- Max RTO: 1 per schedule; 6-week scheduling
Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating critical thinking skills and scientific judgment.
- Planning for the safe delivery of care in the Emergency Department.
- Maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegating patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Providing direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
- Certifications Required:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- Preferred Certification: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

The doctors and staff are very nice.
Cons
It’s expensive to live here. There isn’t much to do and there are only a couple of good restaurants. You have to chart in 5 different programs so the charting and paperwork is a lot - but you get used to it.
