M-F 8hr shifts, 11-1900 with call
Can adjust call/work hours to accommodate RTO
Weekend Requirements: CT does all after hours x-ray
Rotating on call hours for major holidays
Rotating 1 in 2-3 call, staff technologists share call
On call weekends/holiday with 20 minutes response time

Unit specific information

Department: Rad Tech/General Xray
No Radiologist in-house
No requirement to start IVs
There is a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift
Scrub Color/Dress Code: gray scrubs not provided

Additional Details

Department Specific Equipment includes Siemens and GE
Digital radiography, fluoroscopy, portable x-ray, c-arm
Average number of scans/studies per day: 40-50
Experience with Meditech, McKesson PACS, CRTIS preferred
Help with transport in other modalities if not busy
Gray scrubs required (not provided)
3-5 8-hour shifts of unit/department specific orientation

The unit setup and the workload are so convenient. However, there is one staff in our team who is so lazy and has a toxic behavior which making our work heavier. She will comment and correct you, has an extremely high ego. But she doesn’t have a work ethics which makes her sound hypocrite.
