  • A hospital in California is looking for an experienced CVICU RN for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have 2+ years of experience.
    Job requirements
  • Candidates must have experience with fresh open hearts, this experience must also be recent, must also have experience with mixed ICU patients as well.
    Schedule information
  • 12 hour shifts, 6:45-7:15, schedules made out about 6 weeks in advance, self-scheduling, however schedule is not finalized until manager is able to review.
  • Every other weekend, no holiday requirement at this time but they may be required to work.
    Unit specific information
  • Ratios: 1 to 1-2, 90% of the time will be 1 to 2 ratio
  • Floating: any tele or medsurg units
  • Floor specific orientation: 1 day of unit orientation
  • Common diagnosis / Types of patients
    Additional Details
  • Telemetry, L/D, Emergency and Critical Care RN's will take a proctored Dysrhythmia Test onsite, day one. This is a PASS/FAIL test!
  • 12 hr Nights, EOW, First to Float
