We are seeking a proficient multi-modality Radiologic Technologist. X-Ray & CT experience is required and ARRT CT certification preferred. Must be able to obtain and process quality images; complete all required documentation and paperwork timely; prepare patients for examinations in professional manner; provide safe care based on age specific needs of the patient; interact with radiologists and diagnostic imaging team effectively, and comply with protocols and procedures. The Ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic who is self-motivated, while being compassionate, empathetic and congenial. A candidate must be comfortable working independently and have exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills. Because our workload is inconsistent we need someone who can be adaptable!

The Radiology Department can be relatively relaxed at times and other times it is quite busy so it is safe to say that no two days are the same and our work load varies. Our work environment is supportive and positive, although most of our work is independent, our team is always willing to step in and help when needed. The team is quick to help transport patients, close exams, make phone calls and help out in many ways. The variety and the unknown of what we do make the day go by quickly and you find satisfaction knowing your role was valuable in the patient care continuum.

Diagnostic Imaging at Cottage Hospital is comprised of several modalities to include X-ray (Radiography), Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, Echocardiography, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and Bone Densitometry.

Must possess ARRT (R) and (CT) or (M)

New Hampshire Imaging License

Valid BLS Certification

Multi-Modality experience (preferred)

Excellent customer service and patient care required

Athena and Cerner experience (preferred)

Live within 30 min of Hospital for On Call (preferred not required)

Takes call as requested and is always available/reachable during on-call hours. Must be within 30-45 minutes of the hospital when on-call
