- Contract Length: 14 weeks
- Shift: 4x10, 0730-1800
- Average Daily Census: 15 cases
- Special Procedures/Unit Details:
- Ablations: VT, PVI, CV, A-Flutter, AV Node
- ICD/Pacer Placement and exchanges
- Laser Lead Extraction
- Lead extraction
- LAAO
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years
- Traveler Experience: Unit accepts 1st time travelers
- Locals Accepted: Yes

- Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
- Interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Laser Assisted Procedures
- Permanent Pacemaker Insertion (PPI)
- Scrub Procedures
- Temporary Pacemaker

Certifications Required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS - Basic Life Support
Additional Information
- Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team.
- Contract staff may be required to report to work during catastrophic events, mass casualties, or disasters.
- Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid-contract may occur, and contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed.

Health and Safety Requirements
- Physical Exam: Required within 1 year of start.

- TB Testing: Required within 1 year of start.
- Vaccinations:
- Flu vaccination required by 10/31/24.
- COVID-19 vaccination required for Per Diem candidates.
Background Checks
- Criminal check required within 90 days of start.
- Education verification required for highest degree earned.
References
- 2 professional references required for travel positions within three years of start.
