Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1.

Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6:1

We have PCTs on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKGs and any sort of activity of daily living

We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines

First-timers accepted: Yes

Weekend REQ: EOW

Is on-call REQ? No

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes, will not practice outside of scope

Open to accommodating block schedule? They will try but not guaranteed

Locals accepted: No

Pending License accepted: No

RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract

Contracts must go through the New Year

1 holiday as RTO ok

Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48

Special Requirements: Tele required. Manage cardiac drips, no titration.

Patient Diagnosis: Spinal stenosis, PVD, diabetic ulcers, lung carcinoma, pleural effusions

Certs REQ: BLS
