JOB DETAILS: Target Ratios: 1:1-3 acuity based
Shift: 3 or 4, 12Hr 18:45-07:15
Call Requirement: None
Float Requirement: Must be flexible to float where need, could include CICU, MS, Tele & ER
Weekend Requirement: 3 weekends per 6-week schedule block
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Sepsis, Shock, Multi-organ failure, Respiratory Failure, Trauma, Neuro/brain injuries, Complicated surgeries, stroke, encephalopathy
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Omnicell, Cerner, SBAR
SCRUBS: Navy Blue

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Unit Based Educator available M-F and PRN
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Ceiling lifts, hoyer lifts, sit to stand lifts, extensive amount of safe-patient handling equipment.

ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, EFM, State License Verifications, NIH Stroke Certification, Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, Competency Exam, and other certifications and health documents as required by Central Maine Healthcare
