- BLS required (must be via American Heart Association).
- Skills required: IV start, Telemetry Interpretation, Ortho experience strongly preferred.
- 2 years experience required, travel experience preferred.
Job requirements
- 3x12 OR 4x12 (OT after 48 on 4x12).
- Please indicate candidate preference for 3x12 or 4x12 shifts.
Schedule information
- Ratios - 1:7.
- Scrub Color - Royal Blue (not provided).
Unit specific information
- I9 required for direct placements.
- Attestation required for SubVendors.
- Government issued photo ID required.
- Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
- Everify required for direct placements.
- Must include Qualivis Cover Sheet and current NURSYS report.
- All RTO must be included on Qualivis Cover Sheet.
