Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.

General Orientation Date (Required to attend): 9/10 or 9/24
Shift: Chosen per diem, most need is Mids or NOCs
Shift Length: Can vary from 4 hours to 12 hours
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed

- MUST choose 2 other dates to orientate at WMH & OMH
- REQUIRED to work at the facilities listed above - caregiver cannot choose facility.

List of shifts are sent to the supplier from Staffency. The caregiver can pick up shifts based on the facility needs and their availability. The shifts contain cancellable and non-cancellable shifts. For cancellable shifts, they will be made aware if their shift has been cancelled 2hrs prior to their shift start time.
