Schedule information
- Proof of COVID & FLU vaccination MUST be provided at the time candidate is submitted.
- LVHN requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation.
- This is a patient-facing position.
- This is not a remote position.
- Clinical role.

- Scrub Colors/Dress Code: any scrub color combination. no all navy or all black
