Position Summary: The Director of Case Management is responsible for assisting with planning, directing, organizing, monitoring and staffing the Case Management Department subject to policies, budgets, objectives and directives mandated by regulatory agencies, DNV and the hospital executive team. Provides oversight of case management, discharge planning and utilization review. Provides leadership, direction, supervision, oversight and guidance to management, medical staff, resource and clinical staff in planning, promoting and conducting organization-wide case management activities.

Job requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
Three (3) years of leadership experience in high volume case management program in a hospital or clinic setting

Schedule information

This role requires regular and sustained attendance.
The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
On-call work may be required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs.

Additional Details

Candidates must live at least 90 miles from facility to be considered for assignment. Do not submit candidates living less than 90 miles from facility.
Facility reserves the right to cancel three (3) shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or other unforeseen circumstances.
