    Job details
  • Hours: Nights 7p-7:30a. Maternity RN will float to L&D to care for antepartum and postpartum patients and will float to IICN to care for feeder/grower babies.
  • IICN ratio is 1-3 babies on 1-3 hour feeding schedule (PO medication). Maternity Ratio is typically 3:1 or 4:1.
  • Experience with fetal monitoring is required.
  • Assesses, implements, and evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
  • The RN is knowledgeable about principles, theories, current methods and techniques of nursing practice.
  • Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient, patient's family member(s)/significant others, professional peers and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care.
  • Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice, administrative and departmental policies and procedures.
    Job requirements
  • Professional education, training or additional certifications may be required by specialty area.
  • Education Other: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required).
  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
  • 1 Year experience in area of clinical specialty (Preferred).
    Schedule information
  • Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

  • All placements at Temple Health either need to be vaccinated or have an agency approved medical or religious exemption for COVID-19.
