- 4CS Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit – 4CS is a 15-bed, medical surgical/telemetry unit. The majority of patients are admissions from the emergency room. Patient population includes post-operative, abdominal pain, GI bleed, alcohol withdrawal, COPD exacerbation, renal failure, wound infection, COVID, etc. Ratios are 1:5 on days; 1:5-6 on nights. This unit also utilizes care pairs (1 paramedic with 1 nurse) that would care for 7-9 patients.
- Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN
- Drips are required on all floors
- First timers NOT accepted (will consider if the traveler has 2 years of experience at a Level l Academic Medical Center)
- Will float within scope to meet facility needs (this includes potentially floating to Bellevue campus)
- 100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITY
- Scrubs: MANDATORY - RNs wear Steele gray scrubs with the Nebraska Medicine logo printed on the back. Information on how to obtain Nebraska Medicine branded scrubs will be shared once traveler is confirmed. Facility also sells gray T-shirts that can be worn in their company store.
- Parking: Professionals can obtain a parking permit (cost depends on the lot, but is approx. $55/month) or they can use daily rate parking ($3 to park for 20 hrs).
- Specialty: Registered Nurse
- Pending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked six weeks out.

- 2 years of prior Telemetry experience required (must have 2 years exp in large, urban hospital)
