Aya contract
ACLs from American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Must include the front and back of the cards, and the back must be signed
Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification Required, preferably from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
PALS preferably from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Fit test using a 3M 1870+ will be completed onsite prior to start with Occupational Health
Facility will only accept an outside N95 fit test for the 3M 1870 mask IF they were performed as a quantitative test
Facility will NOT accept a qualitative test
COVID Vaccinations are no longer mandated, but are preferred
