Accountable for the assessment, coordination delivery and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in an acute patient setting.

CA RN License
BLS
Ortho Experience
Required within 30 days: Tech Cert Verification - National
Primary source online verification required within 30 days: State License Verification
NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) required within 30 days

Schedule information

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
On Call: As Needed
May float to other units within scope of practice depending on need/census, may float to Ashby or Herrick Campus (Rehab Units)

Unit Specific Skills Checklist required. Renew annually for Aya only.
