Requirements

Experience:
- Epic experience within the last 12 months (must be detailed in submission profile)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
Licenses/Certifications:
- ASCP certification
- Valid Tennessee Cytotechnologist License
Vaccination Requirements:
- Flu vaccine required during flu season (11/1/2024 - 3/31/2025); declinations not accepted
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required prior to start

Additional Information

Travelers: First-time travelers and locals accepted at the same rate
Documentation:
- I-9 and government-issued photo ID required
- Background check required within 30 days of start
- Proof of 2 clinical references needed
- Complete application/resume required

Health Documents

Physical Exam: Initial physical attesting to ability to meet physical demands required within a year of start
Fit Mask: N95 Fit Test required within a year of start; must be updated annually
TB Testing: Negative PPD, Quantiferon Gold, or T-spot required within 1 year of start; past positive requires clear chest X-ray within 5 years
