Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing compassionate, quality care that is customer and family-focused. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care according to hospital policies and professional nursing standards.
• Being accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered.
• Defining, implementing, and improving practice standards and the environment of care while promoting exceptional customer care.

Duties may vary based on the assigned customer care center, which may require specific clinical skills. The RN is expected to actively demonstrate the mission, vision, values, and guiding principles of Maple Grove Hospital.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years of Level III or Level IV NICU experience (required)
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, and STABLE (required)
• Licensure: Active Minnesota RN License (required)
