Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct x-ray examinations adhering to safety, courtesy, morality, and privacy standards.
• Care for patients during x-ray examinations as per medical staff instructions.
• Provide emergency assistance when necessary.
• Apply proper patient identification and label images accurately.
• Acquire x-ray images as ordered in the Radiology Information System (RIS).
• Process high-quality diagnostic images for Radiologist review.
• Accurately enter patient information into RIS/PACS/Modality.
• Ensure adequate radiation protection measures for patients.
• Maintain a clean and organized imaging room.
• Notify supervisors and co-workers of equipment issues or maintenance needs.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of radiologic equipment.
• Good patient interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Contract Length

• 89 days.
