The job is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry at Central Maine Medical Center. It involves managing medical diagnoses such as DM and PNA, trauma, general surgery, bariatrics, plastics, urology. The unit is a 37-bed unit with high turnover aimed to support a surgical population. Ultrasound IV Team is available from 7am to 10pm.

Job requirements

2 years of experience required, 3+ years experience allows Aya offer. Only accepts first-time travelers with Cerner experience. No locals within 50 miles. Needs skills in Telemetry, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias.

Schedule information

Nights 18:45-07:15, every other weekend required. No call requirement. Float required to all inpatient units.

Unit specific information

Use of specialty beds (bariatrics), wound vacs, prevena vacs. Omnicell and Cerner for medication and documentation. Navy Blue scrubs required. Surgical experience desired, telemetry a strong focus.

Additional Details

AHA certifications are preferred. Strict badge photo requirements with specific contacts to send to.
